How fast do you ship?
Production is typically 1–3 business days, then carrier time: Standard 3–7 days, Expedited 2–3 days.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not yet—we currently ship within the United States only.
Can I return custom transfers?
Custom items are final sale unless defective. See our Return & Refund Policy.
What press settings should I use?
Start at 290–310°F, 12–15 sec, medium-firm pressure, cold peel, then post-press 5–7 sec. Full guide: Press Instructions.
Will colors match my screen?
Screens are RGB; prints are CMYK/DTF. Minor shifts are normal. Use high-res art and solid colors for fine text.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes—email info@inkdyno.com with quantities/designs for a quote.
Can I change/cancel my order?
You can request changes within 1 hour of purchase. After production starts, changes aren’t guaranteed.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking email once shipped. Tracking may take 1–3 business days to activate.
Care & Wash
Wash inside-out, cold or warm; no bleach; tumble low or hang dry; don’t iron directly on the transfer.
